Q. I have a booking before the 31st March. Will this be affected?

A. Not at all. We will be honouring all reservations that are booked in during February and March with business as usual.

Q. I have a booking after the 31st March. Will this be affected?

A. Unfortunately all bookings post 31st March will have to be cancelled. Holm House will endeavour to contact all guests booked past this date to explain the situation. All deposits paid will be refunded. If you would like to move your booking forward, please get in contact with reception so that you can enjoy Holm House for the last time.

Q. What will happen to my voucher?

A. We are recommending all voucher holders to use their vouchers before the closing date. We are offering 10% additional value of the voucher when redeemed prior to 31st March. Please get in contact with reception or via our website to get booked in.

Q. What if I am unable to use my voucher in time?

A. Voucher holders are encouraged to get in contact with us prior to the closure date to avoid any disappointments. When getting in contact, you will need your voucher reference number to hand. All vouchers purchased via our website will be refunded in full to the card that was provided at the time of purchase. Vouchers purchased in person at the hotel will need to provide voucher reference number and card details over the phone in order to facilitate the refund.
